Appearance: Golden eyes and serpentine pupils make Havoc's gaze otherworldly by default, although his right eye is obscured by a bat-shaped eyepatch adorned by a metallic inverted cross. Stray strands of midnight blue stand out on his spiky silver hair, cut long at the back and wrapped in bandages (Think Leigh in Beyblade.) and his pointed ears stick out from underneath parted bangs.

His attire is mainly a red-trimmed, ebony coat with a long left sleeve and a detached right sleeve that shows off his pale shoulders. An inverted, red cross adorns the full length of his left sleeve, outlined in white, and the crimson trim of his top runs from his collar, trailing down the path of the front zipper, and the underside of the coat. A longer, matching mantle hangs underneath the hems of his top, all the way down to the back of his legs, the edges cut into even tips that resemble the curves of a bat's wings, an upright cross emblazoned on the left side, outlined--also-- in white.

His outfit is completed by gray pants and steel-toed, black shoes.

What seems to be a cross-printed dog tag hangs from his neck.

Personality: Havoc's personality is somewhat complex; exhibiting attitudes ranging from lax and laid-back, to fun-loving, calculating, to downright manipulative. In most cases, he likes to goof off and mingle with the commoners, exchanging conversation from one person to the other. Unlike his half-sister, he likes the company of people, but when his mood darkens, he could be just as harsh.

When in the rare occasion that his temperament is in the edgier side, he either keeps a leveled glare or a lidded gaze. This mood change is highlighted by the fact that he raises his chin slightly in a show of his high stature, matched by his lips that are set into a thin, emotionless line. Though, his main weakness is that it is very easy to take his attention away from this state and back to his more cheerful persona, which, by then, would immediately spout babble.
