Aomi's attack was avoided by Jubei, but the homunculus didn't even stop levitating at her speed, so Jubei's cross slash attack was irrelevant as she ran right through te wall head first, the contact causing a little explosion and letting a hole in the wall.
Standing seconds after just within the hole she just made, Aomi laughed creepily and concentrated her refined seithr for a second before unleashing a one-meter-radius laser beam, the same that she had used against Hakumen, except this time she didn't have had to take so much time to focus due to the brainwash being no longer efficient. Should the most powerful person avoid the laser, the building would crumble for sure, but there was no way this could be blocked without risking burn damage (note: this is due to her Drive, of course), and Aomi would not stop to fire it if it is blocked, making this a hard situation to face.

As the elder hero spied the oversized laser of seithr, he wasted no time in moving out of the path of the great blast; was this homunculus entirely insane? He seemed to start thinking so, she had no thought of her comrades and had simply become a danger to both herself and her allies; this was no time to allow this fight to go on. "Well I reckon I gotta end this quick, this girl's plum insane." though at the moment even with the thought process he had, this was easier said than done in this instance.

Getting space between him and the laser, he easily kept ahead of its path while plotting his next course of action.

As E'thale quickly contemplated what was going on for the wiser, he snapped into motion; basing the decision upon her erratic actions, the elder homunculus moved up behind her base as he immediately entangled her with the spiny claw-hands of the Schwarzvald's reach and erected a xanthos energy tangle about them; it was the best that he could manage. Given his being outclassed and older design, he felt that he might be able to restrain her for a time; hoping to have disabled her ultimately it would come down to how many lumps he could take.

"Omoikane Unit, it is based upon the decision of Xanthos Paradom Unit to ensure the safety of the commanding officer, Jeanne Talbot. per NOL ruling description of supporting the pursuing officer; termination of her life is not an option. Surrender Omoikane Unit, Aomi." the words were simply the basis for telling her of his actions, not that she'd really care, but his reasonings were code and of course might at least allow him to be updated after the pummeling he'd be taking in this bout.

Aomi had stopped firing her laser when seeing Jubei escaped it, and found her in no time restrained by the homunculus that had been supporting her the entire time. Her tone filled with madness, she shouted at him: "So you are restraining me? What she deemed a betrayal she was about to remedy quickly by making high amounts of energy burst around her, harming everything that could be around her, the main purpose was to break her free from E'thale's claws as soon as possible. Jeanne's fate she couldn't care less about, and E'thale for now was in the list of her enemies.

"Woah... what just happened?"
Millenia was confused. What was going on? She managed to get herself out of the troublesome pile of trash she landet in. A little creature conveniently popped out just under her pushing her out of the mess. Now she sat there in a mediative manner... on top of the hands of the little fellow. It was a small armored guy, the only thing visible of his face was a pair of glowing yellow eyes. Millenia had crossed her arms watching the whole situation. The building was crumbling, people were fighting. Where on earth did she crash in?
"Ah. So it is."
A sparkle of light... a laser came flying in. The witch made gib eyes as it just grazed the edge of her enormous hat. The cloth imidately started to burn. Still, that woman was staring at the spot without doing anything.
"Not the safest place to idle-
"-was what you thought I was thinking about, heh? Not a chance."
"Although I really don't like this place. It is far too simple... look at how easily it falls apart! Hyakkihei... get me out of here."
The little fellow started to walk into a random direction. He had a hard time, Millenia was just sitting on top of him doing nothing. She bent dangerously into several directions alsmost falling of from him but somehow managed to keep her cool. They got near an exit (or whatever Millenia or her companion interpreted as one). Sadly they didn't get out of the building, just another room.
"Hmmm... so there are still people here? Funny, thinking of how actually averagely ones would panic around by now!"
Under the remaining peole was a woman with red hair (yes Tsubaki, as long as nobody has a problem with that!). She wore fancy clothes... at least she stood out of a crowd of ordinary people, so to say.
"...Oi, get that girl as well, will ya? She looks lost, we will be going now."
The little creature underneath Millenia started to walk faster into the direction of the woman. Lifting his master onto one hand he grabbed the woman with his other one carrying her on top as well!
"Good day to you! You may find it irritating getting abducted like that- or so you will be thinking about this little confusing action I chose to come up with - but we merely want to leave this shady place... I do have to admit that I suck at directions, nyeheh! Just.. get us out of here?"
Thus the three were escaping the collapsing building....

Jeanne didn`t have the chance to reply before Jin dashed off.
But what he said, got stuck in her mind... She had wondered how the hero of Ikaruga could stray off so far from the NOL, and now that he mentioned it.. she did have growing doubts about thier purity, seeing what they did to Aomi.
That doesn`t justify what he`s doing, though.
With a sigh, she walked over to the others... only to see Aomi, the very one she tried to save earlier, prepare to attack her own allies.
"Aomi, stand down and surrender..!!" She yelled out, dashing over and once more drawing the Kodachi she had.

E'thale could feel the degridation of his Schwarzvald's Reach as the blast expanded, fortunately for him, the burst only sent him flying backwards; due to the Xanthos coating on his claws they were still mostly together. He had received some minor damage from the blast; thanking only the fact that he was created by Relius Clover that he was still combat functional. Ignoring any damage reports, he increased the flair of the Xanthos energy. "Schwarzvald's Battle-Shroud activated, Xanthos Paradom Unit peaking 230%, Maximum Output." He reached his maximum battle output before he'd be forced to overdrive limits. He did not desire to wield his greatest power; but knowing that his opponent was the youthful and highly efficient seithr storage unit, he would be forced to his trump quickly.

'The thrill of battle...I've missed you, though I hoped...it would be a true enemy...not the youth of tomorrow, perhaps...we'll see me defy my fate..' his words all to himself, were nothing but the concern of his secondary thoughts; as he launched himself across the ground towards her, using a birth of the ever present Xanthos energy; fortunately for him the constant refilled quickly...as long as he didn't go into overdrive: he'd have a bountiful amount to use to hold Aomi back, he hoped to stop her.

Aomi had finally broke free from the grasp of those claws, now she could go fight Jubei again. Not even bothering to laugh, or to care about the drags that were her companions, she rushed again at Jubei, using the same strategy as before, energy slash waves covering her rush until she runs into the wall to make sure her back doesn't get hit. But what Jubei and the NOL officers in there could not have predicted is that once outside, she'd teleport to U-turn and plow through the wall once more to rush at the One-Eyed Lotus again, and again...

The method of attack was fairly linear, it seemed that the unit was making use of the nearby open space of the ground, he considered about how to end this quickly, was this strange girl this insane? It sure seemed like it, he'd have one shot at this and he would have to take it; that was something that he decided rather quickly. "Appears that I'll be havin' to stall ya, darn shame. Malfunctionin' like that." there was no need to hold back on an insane homunculus who was wielding seithr in such a destructive way. He made sure that he was going to erase her trouble, since no doubt she seemed to be a threat of a growing one to him.

He considered what he might do in such a case, a thing that took the least amount of effort. Abusing his levels of power was not something that he intended to do, so he'd adlib this entire defense. Slicing up the floor with both blades of Musashi, he sent the floor pieces flying towards her; using no excess energy in his strength, simply taking to the side while slicing up the floor. His choice to perform this in a strafing pattern: he'd simply burn her out. She was a seithr unit of some point; she'd run down.

Casting forth two nets of the Xanthos Energy over Aomi; what he had done was curl the energy around the darting homunculus. He wasn't sure that he could keep her held down, but he would try to put her down and stop her. "Net snare successful, reverse shroud bursts!" he was paying the strongest creature in the world no mind, instead proceeding with his plans to hold her steady; the power was on the moment and he was doing this all but completely. All he would do is to try and brace his attentions to hold her at flat.

After a while of searching for Tsubaki around the Circus with no succes whatsoever, Jin saw some strange things happening. Some crazy thing was dashing in and out of the mess that once was a circus. As foolish as that thing may be, it had the bit of power necessary to do it thoughtlessly... That situation was a bit of danger though, and Jin didn't want to take unnecessary risks after the fights with Jeanne and that run between those. He needed a place to rest, but by those times the hero was short of places to hide in...
Nevertheless, he walked away from the devastated area... he knew Kagutsuchi well enough after all, he didn't have to worry about finding a place to keep low.

Aomi kept going on and on, ignoring E'thale's attempts to stop her, only piercing the nets while still rushing at the strongest creature in the world again and again... but using so much seithr had actually taken its toll on her: her body was lightly burned in every single inch of her skin, and her seithr output had diminished drastically... enough for her to actually not be filled with refined seithr to the point of trying to release as much as possible.

Aomi stood there and took account of all the destruction she had caused, deactivating her Unit. She started to speak very quickly, not letting anyone the time to interrupt her: "This is a mess. My objectives. Scanning. Found her!" She had teleported away to find Tsubaki and the only thing audible was her yelling from afar: "Hazama-sama! I'm coming!!!"

"Be damned, you obstinate child, you're going to burn yourself out! Xanthos Paradom Unit, in pursuit of Omoikane Unit!" as if there was something further than the mention of it, the clawed hands gripped the earth while the elder homunculus attempted to track the unit that had gone utterly berserk, though he knew better; he couldn't track her with his laid out senses. The Homunculus wandered off in a rush, aiming to make tracks and hope to capture her? Not really a plan, but an attempt to reign her in came to mind. He imagined it was fruitless, but using the flairs of the Xanthos energy that was emitted from his shroud; he took flight and left the immediate area. This did leave Jeanne alone? Yes, but the facts remained that this was going to go to hell quickly if he didn't find Aomi. He wished to see her functioning, but most of all that she was not in such a wide and pointless mode of destruction.

(Exuent, attempting to track Aomi, failing miserably in the long-run xD so I'd say wherever the hell an enemy is needed) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~>

The One-eyed feline blinked at the sudden choice for the NOL officers to go crazy or just do what they did, the insane one had suddenly darted off and he wasn't sure what that had meant, he was minorly on guard, especially when turning to face Jeanne. She was the only one of his concern and now he had to of course see just what had happened, what would come of this? The One-Eyed Lotus would keep watch and just wanted to see what the deal was. Did she want to try her luck with him? He wasn't looking for a serious battle here, since he was on the move. But he'd take the fight up if that's what she wanted.

He had nothing to say as of now, it was just a matter of monitoring what his remaining potential opponent would do right? As the hero thought about it, there was no point to waiting; he took his pace and darted off quickly. "I reckon its time to move, here we go." he left the circus, not wishing for anymore conflict; he had some planning to do...meeting up with an old friend.

And so the circus ended in chaos. The main actors already left the stage, there was nothing to do here than cleaning up the place. Millenia was no cleaning lady and as such not responsible for it...
"Nyeeeh, everybody has left."
Even that red haired girl took the opportunity to wander off leaving the little witch alone in this mess.
"It disappeared as well..."
What a flop! This was the most annoying fact! Back to square one, it was. Milllenia readied her broom. Now, now, time to return being a UFO or something.
"Let us go somewhere more livelier~"
Apparently she was talking to herself. The little creature that accompanied her was gone as well...
